The client needed to stay open for business throughout construction, which meant no single phase could take more than one wing of the office offline at a time.
Our Approach
We split the renovation into three sequential zones with dedicated temporary workspace for displaced staff, scheduling noisy or disruptive work outside of core business hours where possible.
