The Challenge
The tenant had a fixed lease start date for opening, leaving a compressed window to finish a raw shell space, and permitting delays were a real risk to that date.
Our Approach
We pulled permits early and ran trade scheduling in parallel rather than sequentially wherever code allowed, with weekly coordination calls to keep the tenant informed of any schedule risk before it became a problem.
